The researchers keep publishing contradictory results. So just don't bother. Experiment with watching porn excessively for some time. Then less porn for some time. Try bongdage. use ropes. Communicate excessively in dark about your fantasies. speak erotically with lights off and background music on. Vary the parameters according to the results(lights, loudness of music, genere of porn, amount of porn, and others). Make conclusions whether it is good or bad based on experiences. Just have fun. If you think it will be usefull for others then share it.

i have some bad habbits. but i m much worried about one and that is masturbation.i usually masturbates in night by watching nude poster and pics.sometimes the time of its too much increase mean about 1 hour.so how can i stop this habbits and is that wrong to doing masturbation daily ??
